Please make sure to properly track your order and check the spelling of your address on your order. If your order gets sent back to us because of an address error, please contact us to have it re-shipped at your expense.

Encore Nail Supply will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has left our facility. If your package states it was delivered, but you believe the shipping carrier sent it to the wrong address, please contact us within 3 business days so we can help you open a lost package claim. We hope we can resolve your issue as seamlessly as possible, however, if the carrier denies the claim, we are not responsible for any lost fees.

Returns & Exchanges

If customers need to return an order purchased from Encore Nail Supply, please contact us through email (info@encorenailsupply.com) within 14 days of delivery for the full refund amount in the form of store credit – minus the shipping fee of $8.99 for all orders. Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer is responsible for return shipping; shipping fees are nonrefundable. Due to the nature of our products, no returns are accepted after 14 days of delivery. Store credit must be used within 1 year of activation.

If customers need to refund or exchange a product(s) due to being faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us through email (info@encorenailsupply.com) within 10 business days. Make sure to document all photos for proof.

Cancellations

Please note, we cannot cancel or update your order once it has been placed. Due to the current volume of emails and calls we are receiving, we may not get to your cancellation request in time. We suggest that you try to contact us anyways regarding a cancellation. If you want to cancel your order because you wanted to place more items, we suggest placing a separate order (your orders will be shipped together) and we can refund you for one of the shipping fees once we review your email in 72 business hours.
